Customer service is our priority.  Educating our clients is by far our number one goal.  Contact Southwest Funding to find out more about the products and services we can provide.

Before closing with another lender or bank, ask them the following question.  "Once I have closed on my home what do you do to help me should a problem arise?"  Good examples of some common issues after closing follow.  Ask them how they would handle these issues.

» My escrow account was not calculated correctly at closing.
» My first payment letter was not received so where do I send my payment?
» I did not get a yearly tax bill.  (This could cost you hundreds of dollars.)

What was the answer?  Did they indicate they would offer you an 800 number to call and check on your account?  Or did they assure you they would help you make the call and offer you to come to their office and call together to resolve the issue.

With customer service being our primary goal, we want you to relax and let us help you.  We believe in customer service after the closing, as well as before - if your bank or loan officer is not in advance discussing what they will do for you after closing then I would ask you to think twice about closing with them.
